Barney Yabbacome

Barney is an experienced leader with a background in both military and commercial sectors. As Managing Director of AdvaNova, he knows the business inside out—thanks to years of experience and a strong technical foundation.

Before AdvaNova, Barney was an electronics engineer in the British Army, where he developed strong technical, leadership, and strategic skills in demanding environments. He joined AdvaNova as a service engineer and quickly rose through the ranks, gaining valuable insights into both sales and service. This unique path enables him to maintain AdvaNova’s high standards of service and customer satisfaction.

Outside of work, Barney enjoys cooking, running, and supporting his daughter’s ambitions as a jockey. He’s also recently welcomed a baby boy into the family, keeping life busy and full at home. His practical approach and commitment to excellence continue to drive AdvaNova’s success.
