Jamie Williams

Jamie has a wealth of technical expertise and leadership skills from his 12 years as an RAF avionics aircraft technician. Specialising in Tornado fast jets and Chinook helicopters, Jamie’s frontline experience in high-pressure, fast-paced environments has taught him how to stay cool under pressure and find smart solutions to tricky problems.

Now, as Service and Installation Manager at AdvaNova, Jamie looks after everything from installs and repairs to keeping systems running smoothly. He leads a team of engineers, plans service schedules, and makes sure jobs get done safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. He’s hands-on, always ready to jump in and help solve technical issues and works closely with customers to make sure they’re happy and supported.

Outside of work, he enjoys spending quality time with his family on trips to the beach, hitting the golf course, and racing around the go-kart track. A keen cook and music enthusiast, Jamie brings energy, precision, and a personal touch to everything he does —making him a real asset to the AdvaNova team.
