Adrian is the Customer Support Manager at AdvaNova and has been part of the team for 18 years. Working mostly behind the scenes, he plays a key role in supporting all our customers —handling remote software installs, providing technical support, and resolving issues without the need for a site visit. If it can be fixed remotely, Adrian’s the one who’ll get it sorted.
A fully trained support engineer, Adrian combines deep technical knowledge with a calm, can-do approach that keeps everything running smoothly for our customers.
Outside of work, Adrian is a big fan of films and TV shows, loves live music, and even plays in a band. He’s also a regular at Friday night badminton—when he’s not on stage or fixing software! Adrian’s mix of expertise, problem-solving skills, and steady support behind the scenes makes him an essential part of the AdvaNova team.
