CUSTOMER ACCOUNT MANAGER
Alex Williams is a Customer Account Manager at AdvaNova. He began his career as a Business Administration Apprentice for an SME in Leicester before moving into sales and account management roles with multinational organisations.
He looks after AdvaNova’s customers across the North, as well as in Ireland and Wales, building strong relationships and developing a detailed understanding of their requirements. He works closely with customers and the wider AdvaNova team throughout projects, including spending time on-site to understand how our solutions are delivered and supported in practice.
Alex is also involved in our monthly Tech Talk webinar series, where he leads selected sessions covering AdvaNova’s technology and solutions. He enjoys the variety of his role and the opportunity to work closely with customers across different sectors and locations.
Outside of work, Alex is a Nottingham Forest fan – so he’s very familiar with hope, disappointment and everything in between. He also enjoys running 5Ks and 10Ks, as well as playing squash and padel when he gets the chance. And although Alex looks younger than he is, if you see him on site, don’t mistake him for a student – he’s there for the technology, not the timetable.
